"We had Chris & Matt perform at our 9/10/22 wedding. Would do it again and again. Just perfect. The process was one of the easiest parts of planning. We drove out to see Chris play before committing, and he came and sat with my family on his breaks and took our requests. That’s Chris.. he is engaged, motivated and just an overall genuine soul. Just a bonus on top of his unmatched talent. Chris and Matt arrived nearly 4 hours early to the venue. They played exactly according to our preference sheet. And were amenable to requests. Their range of songs is vast. They catered to both the young and old guests. They are worth two or three times their price tag. Don’t even think twice, book them!"

"So fun! Fantastic personality, great music. Chris Giakas and Galavant Entertainment made my wedding a wonderful experience by meeting with me and my husband over zoom and asking what we want and are looking for. He had a great song list and selection but was flexible and happy to get all the music we asked for when we decided to make our own custom soundtrack for most of the wedding which included hymns, 80s music, Disney music, and even music from our favorite anime. Chris is such a great entertainer and personality. He has enthusiasm and smiles and dances, along with singing and playing live music. Chris and his girlfriend learned a pretty obscure hymn within short notice so that I (the bride) could walk down the aisle to it. He has microphones and beautiful uplifting equipment that made even our rustic barn venue look even better than before. I was afraid of it not matching up with the venue's style but it really worked beautifully. Great great great experience having Galavant entertainment as a part of our special day!"

"We hired Chris and his trio for our wedding on 06.04.22. The trio performed live music for our ceremony and cocktail hour, and then Chris and Matt stayed to DJ during the reception. They were able to set up in three seperate locations within the venue and there was never any awkward gaps in music playing from one location to another. Chris even surprised us by learning our first dance and parent dance songs to play them live with very short notice! Chris and his team are super professional, organized, and are genuinely a pleasure to work with! They really do go above and beyond. We can’t wait to see him again playing at a local restaurant!"

"Chris was so spectacular! From the start, he provided me with so many options and was so kind and patient. On the day of our Wedding, Chris and his guitarist, Matthew arrived on time and gave our guests a spectacular time. I myself, am a professional wedding planner and hiring Galavant Entertainment was the best choice we made for our big day. When Chris and Matt performed the ceremony, there was not a dry eye in the building! His voice was so smooth and he played every song we asked. He sang a wide variety of songs by different artists like Frank Sinatra, Adele, and The Beatles. As an MC, he was so funny and fit in like he was part of the family. As our DJ, he kept the dance floor busy and chose the best songs. Overall, I could not give a better review and it was so worth what we paid."

"Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, my husband and I decided to postpone our large reception for a more intimate family ceremony on our original date. While planning, I came across Chris and was impressed with his work. I reached out and got a response almost immediately. Chris recommend we have Matt play the guitar (our intimate wedding venue did not allow amplified events). We gladly accepted not knowing what to expect but happy to have some sort of live music. Chris made planning so easy and painless. Very flexible and attentive!
Our wedding day came and we were BLOWN away by Matt! He played every song perfectly and played what we asked when we asked without cue! Our guests were absolutely amazed by him and couldn’t stop talking about him. "Working with Galavant was great! My husband and I were both crazy busy with work during the entire wedding process and Chris was so kind and flexible with us both. The sax player that they normally work with was booked, so they happily worked with another one that we found and coordinated directly with her, which was so helpful.
On the day of the wedding, Chris made sure it was stress-free and checked in on all the things we wanted to happen (and that we never followed up with lol). Chris/Galavant was such a delight to work with and I highly recommend! The mix of live ceremony/cocktail hour music, and DJ/live music during the reception was really special and allowed us to have all the songs we wanted - not just limited by a band.
